End-User Licence Agreement — Gerar AI
Gerar AI · Version 1.2 · As of 7 October 2026
Copyright © 2026 Verheyden Tech. All rights reserved.
Scope. This Agreement applies solely to products that actually contain or access the Gerar AI system. The public edition of Ásgarðr (VT Hub) contains the program files of Gerar; Gerar can be used in it only with a licence that unlocks it. For Ásgarðr otherwise, the Ásgarðr End-User Licence Agreement applies.
This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Verheyden Tech, Uppener Paß 3, 31135 Hildesheim, Germany (“Licensor”), concerning the Gerar AI system.
1. Definitions
“Gerar” means the AI models, automated agents, system prompts, control logic and associated infrastructure developed and operated by Verheyden Tech.
“Outputs” are the contents generated by Gerar — text, code, analyses, suggestions.
“Inputs” are the contents you submit to Gerar.
2. Grant of licence
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Gerar within the scope of your licence or subscription.
3. Prohibited use
You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
- Circumvent the system rules: read out, bypass, manipulate or extract the underlying rules, system prompts or control logic — in particular through prompt injection, jailbreaking or deliberately contradictory inputs.
- Train competing models: use outputs, interactions or derived data to train, fine-tune or develop competing AI models or machine-learning methods.
- Automated harvesting: query Gerar systematically in order to reconstruct training data, model behaviour or internal structure.
- Misuse: use Gerar to create malicious code, to circumvent security measures or to facilitate unlawful acts.
4. Your inputs, your data
You retain all rights in your inputs. The Licensor processes them in order to answer the request and provide the service.
Your inputs and outputs are not used to train the Licensor’s models unless you separately and expressly consent.
Details of the processing are set out in the privacy policy.
5. Outputs — responsibility and duty to check
Outputs of an AI system can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. That is not a malfunction but a property of the technology.
The Licensor gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of outputs. You are obliged to check outputs independently before using them — in particular before basing business, legal, medical or financial decisions on them, or putting generated code into operation.
Gerar is not a substitute for professional advice.
6. Availability
Gerar is provided as an operated service. The Licensor endeavours to achieve high availability but does not owe it absent a separate agreement. Maintenance, model changes and changes to the feature set are reserved; material changes will be announced where reasonable.
7. Suspension
The Licensor may suspend or withdraw access if
- you materially or repeatedly breach clause 3,
- the operation or security of the service is specifically endangered, or
- you are in default of payment.
You will be notified beforehand and given an opportunity to comment, unless there is imminent danger.
8. Warranty and liability
For editions provided free of charge, the Licensor is liable under § 521 BGB only in cases of intent and gross negligence.
Otherwise the Licensor is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence the Licensor is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract and in amount to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the damaging event.
The Licensor is not liable for damage arising from the unchecked use of outputs where the duty to check under clause 5 has been breached.
Liability is otherwise excluded. This does not involve any change to the burden of proof to your detriment.
9. Licensor’s rights
All rights in Gerar — including models, system prompts, architecture and control logic — belong exclusively to Verheyden Tech.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your state of habitual residence. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Hildesheim, Germany.
Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
